The Big Picture

Every now and then it’s important to take a step back and look at the big picture and appreciate how individuality plays a part in helping organizations succeed. The Big Picture starts with everyone breaking into small teams. They then collect brushes, paint, a diagram outlining their individual canvas and, a blank canvas. They then set about as a team to mix paints to create the right colors and paint their canvas. Don’t be worried about the creative process of being a professional artist because no experience is necessary – our experienced and enthusiastic facilitators guide your team as they create beautiful artwork.

Teams learn that they need to collaborate with the other teams for the entire project to be successful and begin working closely with one another. Once complete, the highlight of The Big Picture is the final reveal when the masterpiece is unveiled to all participants for the first time, which always results in loud cheers and thunderous applause. The final artwork can be placed anywhere within your office and is a great reminder of the diversity and spirit of your company.
