Momentum + Flat Out Afloat

Momentum + Flat Out Afloat is an exhilarating full-day team-building experience that combines dynamic problem-solving with hands-on engineering.

The day starts with Momentum, a high-energy activity where teams engage in marble run construction or wilderness survival challenges, combined with elements from Go Team. This part of the experience focuses on mastering communication, adapting strategies, and building trust through collaboration and friendly competition.

Following Momentum, teams transition to Flat Out Afloat, where they apply their teamwork and creativity to build person-powered boats from unconventional materials. Teams receive blueprints and tools to construct boats that must float and race around a course. The challenge includes designing, building, and decorating the boats, culminating in a race to test their creations.

This combined package fosters effective communication, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving, blending the excitement of competitive challenges with the satisfaction of hands-on engineering in a fun and engaging environment.
