The day starts with the Swahili Trading Game, where teams engage in a competitive simulation centered around spice trading. Teams manage the supply chain of various spices, negotiate deals, and adapt to market changes to maximize their profits. This activity emphasizes strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and teamwork in a lively trading environment.

Following the trading game, teams move on to Kibandaski, a collaborative culinary challenge where they create their own Kibanda (small restaurant) and prepare traditional Kenyan meals. Teams start by assembling and decorating their Kibanda, then cook breakfast and lunch using authentic recipes. This hands-on activity encourages teamwork, creativity, and resource management as teams prepare and share their meals.
