Karura Forest

Karura Forest is great location for anyone who wants to get out of the city but still be within the city. If you are looking for a great location for your team to keep fit, enjoy fresh air or maybe just take a walk around the forest then look no further. There are a variety of activities that you can take part in as a group – from mountain biking, walking and jogging (5km, 10km and 15km trails are marked around the forest paths), dog walking (on a leash), tree planting, or even picnicking.

Karura Forest charges a modest fee ranging from KES 100 for citizens, KES 200 for residents and KES 600 for non residents that is charged at the entrance. As you can see, it is affordable enough for a team to go several times in a month, you will see an improvement in company or team culture in no time!
